1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These rules govern the relationships between the Visitor/User/Customer and the Service Provider regarding the provision of Services.
1.2. The Service Provider hosts information about the offered Services and other information related to the activities of the Service Provider on the Site. Changes, including changes in the information about the Services provided on the Site and their prices, are made by the Service Provider unilaterally without prior notice to the User. The information is valid until the Service Provider makes relevant changes, unless otherwise specified by the Service Provider.
1.3. Full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules is the placement of an Order by the Customer in the manner established on the Site.
2. DEFINITIONS
2.1. Site Visitor – a person who visits the Site without the intention of placing an Order.
2.2. User – a Site Visitor who accepts the terms of this Agreement and wishes to place an Order on the Site.
2.3. Customer – a User who has placed an Order on the Site.
2.4. Service Provider – the company, whose service descriptions are posted on the Site. Details of the company: BMS AUTO SPARE PARTS L.L.C., located at: AL TTAY – Al Khawaneej – Dubai.
2.5. Site – the Internet site owned by the Service Provider, located on the Internet at bms-parts.com.
2.6. Services – informational services provided by the Service Provider and available for ordering on the Site.
2.7. Order – a properly formatted request by the Customer for a Service selected on the Site.
3. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION
3.1 By providing their personal data when submitting an order form on the Site, the Customer consents to the Service Provider processing and using their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, for the purposes stated in this Agreement.
3.2 The Service Provider uses the Customer’s personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing the Customer’s Order on the Site;
- Communicating with the Customer.
3.3. The personal data collected by the Service Provider includes:
- Custumer’s First and Last name;
- Customer’s phone number;
- Customer’s email address.
3.4 The Service Provider commits to protecting the Customer’s personal data and ensuring its confidentiality. Disclosure of information is not considered a breach of obligations when such disclosure is mandated by applicable law.
4. FINAL PROVISIONS
4.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to these rules. Changes to the terms of these rules come into effect after they are published on the Site.
