BMS Engineering extends its services globally, ensuring delivery to every part of the globe. Our shipping method via Emirates Post guarantees competitive rates for international shipments and complimentary delivery for local patrons.
bms-parts.com strictly complies with UAE law, refraining from engaging in any transactions or offering services/products to nations sanctioned by OFAC.

Delivery Schedule
We handle and dispatch orders throughout the week, except on Fridays, Saturdays, and UAE Public Holidays.
Please note that estimated delivery times are provided as an approximate reference and begin from the dispatch date. BMS Engineering cannot be held liable for any delays arising from customs clearance procedures.
Custom Duty (if applicable)
During checkout, you’ll only be billed for your purchased items and shipping expenses. Any import duties and taxes will be invoiced directly by Emirates Post upon delivery.
Important Delivery Information
Customers are advised to provide precise address information and contact numbers to facilitate prompt delivery.
Upon delivery, customers will be required to sign for the goods. Once delivered and signed for, claims of damaged goods will not be entertained. Photo identification may be requested in certain instances to accurately confirm the recipient’s identity.
In the event that you modify the delivery address after the goods have been dispatched, we retain the right to transfer any additional charges incurred by our carriers for redirecting your delivery. Any alterations to delivery times will be communicated to you in advance.
The following forms of ID are accepted:
- Original & Valid National ID
- Original & Valid Driving License
- Original passport
Split shipments or deliveries may lead to multiple transactions appearing on the cardholder’s monthly statement.
No Service Areas (UAE)
BMS Engineering retains the authority to impose supplementary shipping fees for deliveries to locations classified as No Service Areas.
