Return policy:

  • Return at Retail Store: Visit our BMS Engineering showroom with your original invoice for fast returns. If purchased online, return items to the Dubai Showroom with the original invoice and Online Purchase Return Form.
  • Ship Your Return: Download and print the Online Purchase Return Form, follow the instructions, and return it with your merchandise.

  • Charges refunded only for damaged, defective items, or errors made by us.
  • Contact us for non-returnable items.
  • Time for exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Do not return purchases to the manufacturer.


  • Processed through Original Mode of Payment.
  • Refund may take up to 60 days.
  • Check bank account first, then contact credit card provider if needed.

Order Cancellations:

  • Contact sales department before placing order.
  • Orders cannot be stopped once placed.
  • Customer liable for shipping and return charges if refusing delivery of placed order.

  • Covered by Manufacturer’s Warranties and/or Guarantees.
  • Check documentation for warranty details.
  • Contact customer service for warranty claims.
  • Shipping charges to and from BMS Engineering covered by customer.
  • Warranties are non-transferrable and remain in effect for original purchaser’s ownership period.
