Return policy:
- Return at Retail Store: Visit our BMS Engineering showroom with your original invoice for fast returns. If purchased online, return items to the Dubai Showroom with the original invoice and Online Purchase Return Form.
- Ship Your Return: Download and print the Online Purchase Return Form, follow the instructions, and return it with your merchandise.

- Charges refunded only for damaged, defective items, or errors made by us.
- Contact us for non-returnable items.
- Time for exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Do not return purchases to the manufacturer.
Refunds:
- Processed through Original Mode of Payment.
- Refund may take up to 60 days.
- Check bank account first, then contact credit card provider if needed.

Order Cancellations:
- Contact sales department before placing order.
- Orders cannot be stopped once placed.
- Customer liable for shipping and return charges if refusing delivery of placed order.

- Covered by Manufacturer’s Warranties and/or Guarantees.
- Check documentation for warranty details.
- Contact customer service for warranty claims.
- Shipping charges to and from BMS Engineering covered by customer.
- Warranties are non-transferrable and remain in effect for original purchaser’s ownership period.
